Pelvic pressure is super common as baby grows, feels like a dull stretch or heavy weight down in your bones. Try keeping a pillow between your knees while sleeping, it really helps align things. But agar sharp pain hai, always tell your doc in the next scan.
Honestly, for me it felt like a weird pressure right down there, like baby was pushing to come out. It started around 34 weeks and made walking so heavy. Mera toh delivery abhi do mahine pehle hi hua, so I remember that dull ache very vividly.
When I had this heaviness, I immediately called my care coordinator at Cloudnine. They told me it's normal but had me describe it to my gynac on the next visit just to be sure. Apne hospital team se clear pooch lo, they are very helpful in explaining these aches.
Please be very gentle with yourself. For me, any pain down there makes me anxious because of my past loss. If it's a dull ache when moving it is usually stretching, but if it feels like sharp cramps or if u feel scared, please call your doctor immediately.
Oh that heavy, tight feeling in pelvic area is actually your body prepping for birth! I had it a lot and still managed a smooth normal delivery. Just sit comfortably, don't lift heavy things, and track if it gets better with rest.
Mere saath bhi second trimester se start ho gaya tha. It's just a heavy, sore feeling when u walk or stand too long. Take plenty of rest, dear, your body is doing a lot of work right now.
