This is my first time so i honestly have no idea what to expect. My period is 4 days late and i keep imagining things in my pet, dont even know if its real ya just my mind. How did it actually feel for u in the start?
It feels different for everyone, so never compare! When I had weird cramps in the beginning, I just called my premium care coordinator at the hospital and they explained it's completely normal uterine stretching. Always ask your gynac if you feel something is off.
Oh I panicked at every single twinge and thought something was wrong! But actually, mild breast tenderness, bloating, and fatigue are just normal early signs. It gets much better and feels more real once the baby starts kicking.
Think of it as your body doing a massive construction project inside, so obviously you'll feel tired and bloated. Hormones like progesterone go up, which causes all that sluggish feeling. Rest well and don't worry about every little symptom.
It's a mix of everything, honestly! Initially just felt like my periods were coming, but then the glow and that sweet anticipation kicked in. It's a beautiful phase even with all the morning sickness, stay positive.
For me, it feels like a constant roller coaster, sometimes I am starving and sometimes even water smells weird. I am currently 14 weeks, does the fatigue ever end? What month did you guys start feeling completely normal?
