I think i might be pregnant, testing soon. I keep wondering what the early days actually feel like inside the body. For those whove been through it, what did the very first month feel like for you?
First month I just felt super tired and a bit moody, even before the test was positive. I felt like my body was different but couldnt explain it. Looking back it was such an emotional start.
For most of us it feels like very bad PMS, tender breasts, tiredness, maybe slight nausea, going to the loo more. Some feel nothing at all, also normal. Dont compare too much, every pregnancy is different.
Imagine being sleepy 24/7, crying at ads, and suddenly hating your favourite food, thats month one for many haha. Body just goes weird mode. You will be fine yaar.
Honestly in my first month I barely felt anything and that made me anxious that something was wrong. Turned out perfectly fine. Did anyone else feel nothing early on too?
Mine started early with nausea and total food aversion, the smell of everything bothered me. If you feel queasy and exhausted this month, totally normal. Keep light snacks handy, helped me survive.
Every woman feels it differently beta, some have tiredness and nausea, some feel normal. Both are okay. Just rest well, eat clean, and book your first appointment with the gynac.
