Doc wrote unstable lie on my report today and i didnt get a chance to ask properly. Im 34 weeks. Got a little worried after reading the term, can someone explain what it actually means na?

Actually, unstable lie just means your little baby is changing positions very frequently in the womb and hasn't fixed their head down yet. It's quite common if you have a lot of amniotic fluid or if it's not your first pregnancy. Don't worry, they have time to settle down.
I totally understand how stressful it feels when you see these medical words on your ultrasound report. It basically means your sweet baby is still swimming and turning around happily in your tummy. Just trust your gynac, they will guide you on what to do as you get closer to your date.
I don't want to give any medical advice, but in my case, my baby was transverse in one scan and breech in the next during my 8th month. My gynac just told me to keep track of baby movements and not worry too much, and eventually, the baby settled down head-first.
Listen, don't panic at all. Your baby just has extra room to play around right now, which is why they keep shifting. Just keep doing your light walks if your gynac has allowed it, and let the doctor monitor the position in your next scans.
