What does your lower abdomen feel like in early pregnancy?

I think im around 5 weeks and my lower tummy feels kind of heavy and pulling, almost like period is coming but it never does. Cant tell if im imagining it. How did it feel for you all in the beginning?

Usually a dull crampy or stretchy feeling, mild bloating, sometimes little twinges as the uterus starts to grow. Its very subtle in the early weeks. Sharp pain or bleeding is not normal, that needs a doctor.

For me it felt like a mild heaviness and slight pulling, almost like period cramps but lighter. I kept thinking my period would come but it never did. Such a strange feeling looking back.
