We are planning baby from this month and I want to stay active but ghar pe hi, no gym. Not sure which exercises are safe and which I should avoid while ttc. Pls share what worked for you yaar.
Honestly, just do whatever exercise gives you energy, because once the baby comes, lifting them is going to be your only workout! I used to just do simple cardio at home.
Light walking and gentle stretches are really great. I had a C-section later on so keeping my core gently active early on really helped me recover much better.
Don't stress too much about intense workouts, just stay active. Chasing a toddler now keeps me on my toes, but back then simple 30 min walks were perfect.
My doctor at the hospital specifically recommended a customized pre-conception yoga plan. It's always best to ask your gynac's team what suits your body best.
