What food is best during ovulation time to conceive?
My fertile window is starting and I want to eat better this time. I know food alone won't make magic, but maybe it helps body feel good na. What did you eat around ovulation while trying?
Honestly no special ovulation food does the trick. Just eat well overall, greens, dals, fruits, dry fruits, stay hydrated. Most important is folic acid before and during, my doc made me start it early. Don't stress over specific items.
With my PCOS, my doctor focused more on overall balanced eating and controlling sugar than any one food. Whole grains, protein, greens helped me. Everyone's body is different though, so I wouldn't promise any food works. Worth getting your own diet guidance.
We're trying too, and what I read and my doctor said is just eat a balanced healthy diet, no single magic food. Leafy greens, fruits, nuts, enough protein and folic acid. Starting folic acid before conceiving is the real important one, ask your doctor about it.
My family always said eat warm nourishing food and not to stress, which honestly helps the mind too. There's no one super food na. Balanced meals, greens, nuts and folic acid as your doctor advises is the real recipe. Stay relaxed about it.
I'd say focus on overall nutrition rather than one ovulation food, good protein, greens, healthy fats. Keeping a healthy weight and light activity helped my cycle too. But do start folic acid and check timing tips with your gynac.
