What food is good for baby brain development during pregnancy?
Im in my second trimester and really want to eat right for the baby's brain. Want to add the correct things to my daily diet from now itself. Which foods do u all swear by for this? pls share ur diet.
My MIL insisted I eat soaked badam and akhrot first thing in the morning for the baby's sharp mind. I also had lots of milk and ghee, which are traditional and very healthy.
As a busy working mom, I just kept a jar of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds) at my office desk to snack on. It's a quick and practical way to get those omega-3s for the baby's brain.
My tracker app recommended a diet rich in DHA, folic acid, and choline. So I made sure to eat eggs, walnuts, and spinach regularly for baby's cognitive development.
I regularly ate walnuts, eggs, and pomegranate during my pregnancy. My daughter is incredibly sharp now, so I highly recommend incorporating these into your daily meals.
I understand how we constantly worry about doing everything perfectly for our baby's future. Just focus on a simple diet of walnuts, almonds, and green veggies, and try to keep your mind calm and stress-free.
