First time pregnant and i want to eat right from the start. Not just what to avoid, i want to know what i SHOULD be eating for the baby. Pls share what worked for u all.
Uff, I remember those days of morning sickness, it was so hard to eat anything! My gynac said to focus on small, frequent meals and whatever you can tolerate. For me, poha and idli worked, and lots of fluids. Don't force yourself too much if you're nauseous, just keep trying healthy things.
Just eat a balanced diet, honestly. Lots of protein like dals, paneer, eggs if you eat them. Fresh fruits and veggies are a must. Avoid junk food and too much sugar. Your doctor will probably give you a list of things to eat and avoid too, just stick to that.
Oh god, same question here! I'm in my second trimester and sometimes I just crave weird things, but then I worry if it's healthy. What about fruits, like which ones are best? My MIL says eat all the ghee but my doc says balance. So confused!
What you eat now impacts your baby so much, and later for breastfeeding too. Try to include a good mix of everything – leafy greens, whole grains, and good fats. Hydration is also super important, drink lots of water. And listen to your body, it often tells you what it needs.
Honestly, just try to eat ghar ka khana, simple and nutritious. Dals, roti, sabzi, curd, some fruit everyday. Don't worry too much about fancy superfoods, just focus on fresh, home-cooked meals. Your body knows what to do, just support it well!
