Im 8 weeks and totally clueless about diet, everyone at ghar is giving different advice. My saas says one thing, internet says another, matlab full confusion. Pls share what you all actually ate that worked for you.
From my experience, focus on protein and calcium right now. I used to have paneer, boiled eggs, and a glass of milk daily which really helped. Your body needs that strength for later when you'll be feeding the baby.
Add colorful fruits, nuts, and simple dal chawal to your plate daily! 🍎🥛 Keep it simple and fresh, and don't forget to drink lots of water. Enjoy this phase, eating for two is quite a fun journey!
I used to track every single calorie back then, but now looking at my active toddler, I realize simple home food is best. Just focus on fresh fruits, coconut water, and whatever digests easily. Don't overcomplicate it!
Listen, don't stress too much about eating perfectly all the time. Just try to have simple ghar ka khana, lots of green veggies, fruits, and keep yourself hydrated. If you have cravings, a little cheat meal is totally fine!
Just take care of your nutrition, dear. Try to include soaked almonds, walnuts, and seasonal fruits in your morning routine. Avoid raw papaya and outside food, eat warm fresh meals at home.
Beta, eat fresh home-cooked meals only. Have a bowl of curd daily for digestion and dry fruits for strength. For morning sickness, a tiny bit of ginger tea works wonders, but keep your meals light and frequent.
