Just found out im pregnant, around 6 weeks. So excited but also confused about my diet. There are so many things people say avoid karo, which foods should i actually stay away from?
During my journey, I was extremely careful. I completely avoided papaya, pineapple, raw salads from restaurants, and packed juices to prevent any infection. Take care and stay safe!
