We are trying since a few months now and i want to clean up my diet a bit. Heard some foods are not good when ur trying. Can someone share what they cut out, im willing to try anything.
With PCOS I was advised to cut down on refined carbs and sugar, which apparently helps cycles. It worked for me but everyones case differs. Best is to get a diet suited to your body from your doctor.
I reduced sugary drinks and fried stuff when we were planning, and ate more whole foods. Also stayed active with walks. Felt better overall, but I checked my diet plan with my doctor too.
Honestly while trying, cut down on too much junk, excess caffeine and heavy processed food. Focus more on adding good stuff than only avoiding. A balanced home diet matters way more than any one magic food.
