7th month baby is growing fast so iron, calcium and protein matter most. Keep hydrated and eat dates if your doctor okays them. Small frequent meals beat heavy ones, trust me.
Honestly you don't need fancy expensive foods. Simple dal, seasonal fruits, green veg and milk did the job for me. Eat home cooked and balanced, thats enough.
My amma made sure I had lots of iron rich food like spinach, dates and ragi in the 7th month. Calcium too, so curd and milk daily. But I always cross checked the diet with my doctor.
Eat well but watch the sweets if you've been told to. I focused on protein and veggies and small frequent meals. Whatever fruit you add, just confirm portions with your gynac.
