First pregnancy and im just 9 weeks, everyone is giving me different advice at ghar. I really want to eat healthy for baccha but dont know where to start. what worked for you all?
Keep it simple and nutritious—add quinoa or oats if you like, but basic eggs, paneer, and green veggies are perfect. Avoid junk food and raw salads from outside to prevent infections. Just stay hydrated.
With twins, I was eating for three, but honestly, don't overeat. Focus on high-protein foods like eggs, paneer, and lots of milk. Otherwise, you'll just gain extra weight which is hard to lose later, haha!
Make sure you eat a balanced diet with protein like paneer, kala chana, eggs, and plenty of water. Eat small portions every two hours so you don't get acidity. It really helps keep your energy levels up.
Along with a high-protein diet of dal, sprouts, and paneer, I make sure to do 30 mins of gentle walking daily. Of course, only do physical activities or light yoga if your gynac has allowed it. Nutrition and light movement go hand-in-hand.
Beta, eat well-cooked warm food and avoid raw papaya or pineapple during these months. Have a handful of soaked almonds daily in the morning, it is very good for the baby's growth. Take care.
You don't need expensive exotic fruits or organic seeds, trust me. Just stick to seasonal local fruits, dal-rice, eggs, and milk. Save that money for hospital delivery charges and regular baby scans!
Beta, eat simple ghar ka khana like green vegetables, fresh roti, milk, and curd. My mother always said to eat whatever is cooked fresh at home and avoid outside oily food. Take care of your health.
Haan, simple ghar ki thali is the best, na! Fresh roti, dal, sabzi, and a bowl of dahi daily. Oily aur spicy food thoda control karo to avoid heartburn, baaki keep eating fresh fruits.
