What foods are good for first trimester of pregnancy?
Just entered my first trimester and honestly nausea is making eating hard. Want to make sure whatever little i eat is good for baby. What foods worked well for u all in these early weeks?

Focus on folate rich foods, leafy greens, dals, fruits, eggs and milk. Small frequent meals help with nausea. Keep nuts and dry fruits handy for energy. And take the folic acid your gynac gives.
Honestly in first trimester just eat whatever stays down, dont stress about perfect diet. For me it was khichdi, toast and curd. Bland and frequent was my survival. It gets better in 2nd trimester.
My amma gave me lots of fruits, curd rice and dal during early months, light and nourishing. Coconut water too. Listen to your doctor on supplements though, food alone isnt enough then.
