I'm in my first trimester and sometimes struggle with what to eat, especially with all the nausea. What healthy and easy-to-digest foods do you recommend eating during the first trimester of pregnancy?
Same here, I am currently in my 9th week and struggling so much to eat anything! The smell of tadka makes me puke instantly. Are you also finding it hard to eat normal home food, or is it just me?

First trimester is all about basic survival, so please dont stress too much about having a perfect diet. Try to have small frequent meals like roasted chana, khichdi, and fresh fruits to keep the energy up. Plain milk and curd are also great if you can digest them easily.

I kept my diet clean with green leafy veggies, boiled eggs, and soaked almonds to stay active. Along with healthy eating, a light 15-minute walk really helped my digestion, but only do walks or light yoga if your doctor has allowed it.
