Im in my second trimester and trying to add more fruits to my diet. My MIL keeps saying some fruits are not good but i want to know which ones are actually beneficial for baby. Pls share what u all ate.
Apple, banana, pomegranate, orange, all of these I ate freely in both my pregnancies. Pomegranate especially helped my haemoglobin. Just wash everything properly and eat fresh cut at home.
My tracker app kept suggesting citrus for vitamin C and berries for antioxidants. I added musk melon and watermelon in summer for hydration too. Variety is the key honestly.
Ohh I lived on fruits this whole pregnancy. Mango season was the best time of my life na. I just kept portions sensible and avoided too much papaya as everyone warned.
