Im 9 weeks and trying to fix my diet properly. i eat a lot of fruits daily so just want to know which ones are better to skip for now. dont want to take any chance in this phase. tell me ur list pls.
Apart from raw papaya, with my gestational diabetes I had to watch high sugar fruits like mango and chikoo. For others without sugar issues those are fine. Just balance the quantity and ask your doc if unsure.
The commonly mentioned ones are raw papaya and large amounts of pineapple, especially early on. Beyond that most fruits are encouraged. If you have any condition like diabetes, your gynac will tell you which sweet fruits to limit.
In our homes we always avoided raw papaya during pregnancy beta. The ripe ones in small amounts were okay later. These were careful old habits, but do check with your doctor too.
