Im just entering my 9th month and getting both excited and nervous na. Want to know what all changes happen to the baby and to me in this final month so i can be prepared. Mommies who crossed this stage, pls share ur experience.
I just delivered recently so this is fresh, the 9th month was all about waiting and frequent checkups. The baby drops lower, you feel heavy and uncomfortable, and there are more scans and NSTs. Keep your hospital bag ready, it can happen anytime in that month.
I am in my 9th month right now and let me tell you, sleeping is a full body negotiation haha. Lots of pressure down below, frequent peeing, and just praying baby comes soon. The doctor visits are weekly now for me.
It is the home stretch, beta, just hang in there. Keep your bag packed and rest as much as you can. Watch your babys movements and call the doctor if they reduce.
9th month is the final stretch, baby gains weight, moves down, and checkups become more frequent. Watch for labour signs, contractions, water breaking, or reduced movement. If anything feels off, dont wait, go to the hospital.
