Im stepping into my 9th week and honestly so curious about whats going on inside right now. The nausea is at its peak these days too. Would love to know what to expect this week from u mommas.
My doctor showed me on the scan that around 9 weeks the baby starts forming little limbs and the heartbeat is clearer. Externally u may feel more nausea and tender breasts. She said it is a key development phase so keep taking folic acid regularly.
I remember 9th week being so tiring, I was sleepy all the time and nauseous. The baby is tiny but growing fast around then. Did anyone else feel super exhausted at this stage, I kept worrying something was wrong but it was normal.
This phase can feel overwhelming but it is completely normal beta. Your body is doing a lot of work right now. Rest as much as u can and call ur gynac if u have bleeding or severe pain, otherwise just take it easy.
9th week is usually peak morning sickness for most. Eat small meals, keep dry biscuits near bed, dont skip meals. It passes by second trimester for most of us so hang in there.
