Honestly these days i cry over small small things, sometimes even ads on tv make me emotional. Im 6 months now. Does all this crying reach the baby somehow? feeling a bit guilty na.
I cried buckets when I was pregnant and my little one is perfectly fine and healthy now. Hormones are wild, dont blame urself. Just find small things that lift ur mood.
My amma always said a few tears are nothing, baby feels ur love more than anything. Just dont let yourself stay upset all the time. If you feel low very often, do tell ur gynac, they can help.
Occasional crying is nothing to worry about, every pregnant woman does it. Baby is safe. Just try not to stay in constant stress for long stretches, that part matters more than a few tears.
Oh I totally understand, I cried so much in my pregnancy, even at silly ads on tv. A little crying wont harm ur baby at all, hormones make us extra emotional. Be gentle with urself, its okay.
First, ur feelings are completely valid, crying is normal and doesnt hurt the baby. What helped me was talking to someone instead of holding it in. If the sadness stays heavy for many days though, please speak to ur doctor, ok?
Arre cry it out yaar, its better than bottling it up. One crying session wont affect baby. Dont stress about the crying itself, thats just adding more tension na.
Beta dont feel guilty about crying, it releases the tension. I used to pray and sit quietly when I felt low and it calmed me. Take care of ur mind, the baby just wants u happy and rested.
