Im in my second trimester and lately I cry at literally everything, even ads on tv. My MIL keeps saying its bad for the baby and now im stressed about being stressed. Does crying actually affect the baby? anyone else feel this emotional?
First of all, its okay to feel low and cry, your feelings are valid. I went through a lot of teary days too. Occasional crying is fine, but if you feel constantly sad or anxious please talk to your doctor, mine helped me a lot.
I totally understand, the hormones make you cry over the smallest things, I cried at random ads honestly. A little crying is completely normal and wont harm your baby. Just dont bottle it up, talk to someone you trust.
Dont worry beta, a few tears here and there are perfectly natural. Just try to keep your surroundings calm and happy. And if the sadness feels heavy or constant, please share it with your gynac.
Arre crying is so normal yaar, the hormones are wild during these months. One little cry wont affect the baby. Dont stress too much, just let it out and have some chai.
