What happens if we sleep on right side during pregnancy?
Everyone keeps saying sleep on left side only but yaar I naturally turn to my right at night. Now im worried am I doing something wrong for the baccha? Im 7 months and cant control my sleep position. is right side really that bad?
Beta, sleep on whichever side is comfortable but try to use a soft pillow between your knees for support. Left is good for baby but right side sleeping is also safe, just don't sleep straight on your back.
Don't worry at all, sleeping on the right side is perfectly fine. While left side is technically best for blood flow, keeping yourself comfortable is what matters most, just avoid sleeping flat on your back.
With my PCOS pregnancy, I was extra careful about everything. My doctor said left side is ideal but if u wake up on your right, there's absolutely no need to panic.
My mother-in-law insisted I only sleep on my left, but my doctor gently told me right side is also completely safe. Don't stress too much about sleeping positions, your body naturally adjusts.
I am planning my pregnancy now and reading up on this. I've heard left side is preferred but right side is also okay, does it get very uncomfortable to stick to just one side?
