What happens if you don t drink water during pregnancy?
These days i barely feel thirsty and end up drinking very less water. Now im a bit worried if its affecting the baccha. Is it really that important, anyone else struggle with this?
Dehydration during pregnancy is very serious and can lead to low amniotic fluid or even early contractions. I used to keep a trackable water bottle on my desk at work and set hourly reminders to stay hydrated. Make sure you're drinking at least 2-3 liters daily.
Not drinking enough water can lead to serious issues like urinary tract infections and low amniotic fluid. Just like I had to do strict doctor follow-ups for my thyroid, you have to be very disciplined about hydration. Keep checking with your doctor if you feel dizzy or dehydrated.
Honestly, you cannot compromise on water during pregnancy. Dehydration can cause UTIs, dizziness, and even dangerous complications like preterm labor. Set an alarm on your phone, carry a bottle everywhere, and just drink up!
I've heard that dehydration can make you feel very weak and can even affect the baby's amniotic fluid levels. It's so important to keep ourselves healthy, so please try to drink enough water and coconut water daily. Take care of yourself!
I felt so dizzy and got painful cramps once because I wasn't drinking enough water! My doctor warned me that dehydration can cause serious issues like low amniotic fluid, and it really scared me. Please keep sipping water throughout the day, it's so important for your baby.
