What happens if you don t exercise during pregnancy?
Honestly im so tired all the time and havent done any walking or exercise this whole pregnancy. Im 6 months now and feeling a bit guilty about it. Does it really make a big difference?
If you don't exercise, it can make managing blood sugar levels harder, especially if you have gestational diabetes like I did. Even a simple 15-minute walk after meals makes a huge difference in keeping your levels stable.
My doctor explained that while formal exercise isn't mandatory, staying completely inactive can increase the risk of back pain, excessive weight gain, and gestational diabetes. A daily 20-minute walk is usually recommended for optimal health.
Hamare yahan toh log bas ghar ka thoda kaam karte hain aur normal chalte firte hain. Aap bilkul chinta mat karo, bina exercise ke bhi sab thik ho jata hai, bas thoda sa tahlna hi kafi hai.
Nothing bad will happen, dear, so don't pressure yourself. If you can't do proper workouts, just a simple 10-15 minute evening walk is more than enough to keep you and the baby healthy.
Honestly, I was too tired and nauseous to do any proper exercise during my pregnancy. I only did light walking when I felt up to it, and my delivery went completely fine. Don't stress yourself over it!
My saas always says that doing light household chores is exercise enough and there's no need for gym or yoga. Just keeping yourself active around the house is perfectly fine if you can't do proper exercises.
