I read about this somewhere and got a little scared, im in early weeks and still waiting for my first scan. Just want to understand what it actually means and how they find out. Did anyone here go through it? pls share your experience.
A tubal (ectopic) pregnancy means it's implanted outside the uterus and unfortunately can't progress safely, it's a medical emergency because of rupture risk. Warning signs are sharp pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, shoulder pain or fainting. If any of that, ER immediately, your doctor will decide medicine or surgery.
My doctor explained that in a tubal pregnancy the embryo grows in the fallopian tube, which can't support it and risks the tube rupturing, that's why it's an emergency. It's treated either with medication or surgery depending how early it's caught. Early scan and quick action are everything.
This is a hard one and I'm sending you a hug if you're going through it. It can't be carried to term and your body and heart both need care after. The important thing medically is getting treated fast to protect you. Please lean on your doctor and people around you.
I went through this, it's an ectopic pregnancy where it implants in the tube instead of the uterus. It can't continue and needs urgent medical treatment, please. If anyone suspects it, sharp one sided pain, spotting, dizziness, go to the hospital right away, dont wait.
It's a serious situation dear, the pregnancy is in the tube and can't grow safely, so it needs medical care quickly. I know this is scary to read, but caught early it's manageable. If you suspect it for yourself, please get to a doctor immediately, dont delay.
