What happens if you take antibiotics during pregnancy?

I had a throat infection last week and the doc gave me antibiotics, only after finishing the course i realised i never told him im pregnant. Now im so tensed yaar, kya ye baby ko affect karega? Has anyone been through this, what did your gynac say.
