Just entered my 23rd week and feeling so curious about whats going on with baby right now. The kicks are getting stronger and i love it. What all happens at this stage, would love to hear from mommies who crossed this.
Around now your little one is putting on weight and the movements feel clearer dear. Keep up your meals, water and rest. If the kicks ever feel very reduced one day, just mention it to your doctor, otherwise enjoy this sweet stage.
At 23 weeks baby is growing fast, gaining weight, you can really feel the kicks and some say baby starts hearing sounds. You might feel some back pain and the bump showing more. Enjoy this phase, its usually the comfy one.
23 weeks baby is active and growing well. I kept up gentle walks and the prenatal stretches my doctor cleared for me, helped with the back a lot. Ask your gynac before any exercise but light movement felt great around this time.
My app said around 23 weeks baby was about half a kg and could respond to sound. I started talking and playing soft music around then, felt so nice. Track your weekly updates, its lovely to follow along.
I am almost there too and feeling those little kicks getting stronger! Around this time baby is the size of a mango ish. Are u also feeling more movement now? It both excites and worries me a little.
Oh 23 weeks was when I still had energy, cherish it! Baby starts having a routine of kicks, often right when u lie down to sleep of course. Enjoy before the heavy waddling phase like me now hehe.
