Just found out im pregnant, probably only 4 weeks. Honestly i dont feel anything different yet which makes me a little worried, like is something even happening inside? Curious what actually goes on this early.
I downloaded a pregnancy app and it showed the baby is just a tiny dot at this point, smaller than a sesame seed. The trackers really helped me understand week by week. Try one, it's fun actually.
Early days u mostly wont feel pregnant at all. Maybe sore breasts, slight cramping like periods coming, bit of tiredness. Start folic acid if u havent and book ur first gynac visit.
In my first 4 weeks I felt almost nothing except super tired and a missed period. I kept wondering if something was wrong but doc said it's totally normal. Anyone else felt this way early on?
My doc explained that in the first 4 weeks the fertilised egg implants and the basic structures start forming. Honestly u may not even feel much yet, maybe a missed period or mild tiredness. So tiny but so much is happening inside.
Dont expect much in these first weeks dear, body is just beginning. Eat well, sleep enough and dont stress over every twinge. The journey is long and beautiful, take it slow.
