Just entered my 4th month and the nausea is finally settling. Wanna know what changes to expect now, both for me and the baby. Those who are ahead of me, pls share how this month went for you.
Oh, the 4th month! For me, with twins, it was less 'golden' and more 'still expanding at an alarming rate'! Haha. But yes, usually the nausea gets better, and you might start feeling tiny little popcorn flutters. You're properly into the pregnancy glow phase now!
Haan ji, 4th month main na, morning sickness thoda kam ho jaati hai usually. You start feeling a bit more normal, aur pet bhi dikhne lagta hai. Sometimes, halki si baby movement bhi feel ho sakti hai. Enjoy this phase, it's nice!
Generally, the 4th month is considered more stable. You might start to feel less sick and more energetic. But honestly, always be vigilant. If you feel any unusual pain, bleeding, or anything concerning, please, please call your doctor immediately. Don't wait.
The 4th month is usually when a lot of women feel a bit better after the first trimester nausea subsides. For me, with PCOS, every month felt like a milestone. You might start feeling the baby flutter a bit! But every pregnancy is different, so keep talking to your gynac.
The 4th month, you're entering the second trimester, so generally a much better phase! Nausea mostly disappears, energy levels go up. You might start showing more, and you'll likely feel those first flutters or quickening. Enjoy it!
That's when you usually start feeling more energetic, and the nausea often eases up. My gynac used to say it's the 'golden period'. But for me, with my gestational diabetes, I had to be super careful with my diet even then. Keep eating balanced meals and avoiding too much sugar.
