The baby drops lower, you may feel more pressure down there and frequent peeing comes back. Practice contractions or Braxton Hicks are common too. Keep your hospital bag ready and watch for real signs like regular pains or water breaking, then head to the hospital.
I just delivered last week so its fresh. The last month I felt heavy and tired, lots of pressure and some practice pains. Then one morning the real contractions started and off we went. Keep your bag packed, it can come anytime.
Its the home stretch dear, your body is getting ready. You will feel tired and heavy, that is normal. Rest plenty, stay close to your hospital and listen carefully to your doctor about warning signs.
Iam in my last month and let me tell you, sleep is a distant memory haha. Bathroom every hour, cant find a comfy position, and waddling everywhere. But knowing baby is almost here keeps me going.
