Once you are already pregnant, intercourse and sperm release dont harm the baby in a normal pregnancy. The baby is well protected. If your doctor hasnt advised against intimacy, its generally fine.

My gynac explained that in a healthy pregnancy, sex and sperm release are safe and dont affect the baby, who is cushioned and sealed off. She did say to avoid it if there are complications like bleeding or placenta issues. So check with your doctor if you have any condition.
