This might sound silly but im genuinely curious. Now that im already pregnant, does anything happen during intimacy with my husband? we are being careful but i just want to understand.
Once you are already pregnant, intercourse and sperm release dont harm the baby in a normal pregnancy. The baby is well protected. If your doctor hasnt advised against intimacy, its generally fine.
In a normal pregnancy its nothing to worry about, the baby is protected. But if you have a high risk pregnancy your doctor may advise caution. When in doubt, just ask your gynac about your case.
My gynac explained that in a healthy pregnancy, sex and sperm release are safe and dont affect the baby, who is cushioned and sealed off. She did say to avoid it if there are complications like bleeding or placenta issues. So check with your doctor if you have any condition.
