What happens when you are hungry during pregnancy?
Im in my 2nd trimester and if i dont eat on time i get this weird shaky feeling and slight chakkar. Is this normal yaar or should i be worried? curious what hunger actually does to baccha inside.
Actually, you feel super drained out when hunger strikes because baby takes all your energy. I try to do a mild 15 min walk post meals to keep digestion good, but only since my doctor allowed it. Keep healthy snacks like apple or makhana ready so you dont binge on junk.
Pregnancy hunger is no joke, your blood sugar can drop really fast making you dizzy or super cranky. Keep some roasted chana or dry fruits in your bag always. Dont stay empty stomach for long, eat small portions every two hours.
Mere ghar pe toh mumma always kept roasted almonds and laddoos ready in my room because pregnancy hunger is so sudden. When you get hungry, you can feel a bit weak or even nauseous, which is very common. Having small home-cooked meals every few hours helped me a lot.
When baby is growing inside, you will feel sudden hunger and even a little acidity if you wait too long. Try eating a little dahi or having a glass of fresh buttermilk with roasted cumin. It will calm your stomach and keep you full too without causing gas.
Haan yaar, pregnancy hunger can make you feel super weak and low on energy very suddenly. If you dont eat on time, acidity and gas start troubling, na? Isliye keeping some light biscuits or fruits handy is a lifesaver.
