What if you have pregnancy symptoms but test negative?
My period is 5 days late and i have sore breasts and feeling nauseous since morning. But the home test showed only one line. Im so confused yaar, is it too early to test or could it be something else?
I understand how stressful this wait is, I have been through so many tests. Home tests can miss early. A blood test (beta hcg) at the doctor is much more accurate if you really want to know. Sending you calm vibes.
Very common thing. If you tested too soon hcg may not be high enough yet. Wait till your period is properly missed, use first morning urine and retest after 4-5 days. If still negative and period not coming, then see a doctor.
Same confusion I had. Someone told me late ovulation can make the test show negative even if u are pregnant. Did u check what time of day u tested? Morning is supposed to be more accurate na.
This happened to me! I felt all the symptoms, sore breasts, tired, nausea, but the test was negative twice. I cried thinking maybe its just in my head. Waited 5 more days and the third test was positive. Sometimes its just too early.
With my pcos my cycles were always irregular so symptoms vs test was confusing for me too. Sometimes the symptoms were hormonal, not pregnancy. If period keeps not coming and tests stay negative, better get it checked, dont keep guessing.
