My gynac used this kind of term when there were risk factors needing extra care, like preeclampsia or growth concerns. She explained it simply means the pregnancy needs more attention and follow up. If you heard this from your doctor, ask her exactly what she means for your case.

Adverse pregnancy basically means a pregnancy with complications or higher risk, like high BP, diabetes or other issues. It just means closer monitoring is needed, not that something will definitely go wrong. Your doctor is the right person to explain what applies to you.
