Antenatal care is basically all the regular checkups and care you get during pregnancy before delivery. My doctor scheduled visits for scans, blood tests, BP checks and tracking baby growth. It helps catch any issue early, so dont skip the appointments.
It just means your pregnancy checkups and monitoring from start till delivery. Regular weight, BP, sugar checks, ultrasounds, the tetanus shots, iron and folic supplements, all of that. Stick to the schedule your gynac gives you.
