D&C means dilation and curettage, a small procedure where the doctor gently cleans the uterus. My doctor explained its done in cases like a missed miscarriage or incomplete miscarriage. Its usually quick and under anaesthesia, your gynac explains it fully before doing it.
Its a routine procedure doctors do for certain situations, nothing for you to handle alone. If your gynac has suggested it, ask them all your doubts, they will explain calmly. You will be looked after, dont worry.
