What is dfmc in pregnancy?

My gynac wrote DFMC in my file and told me to start it but i forgot to ask what exactly it means. Now im at home googling and confused. Can someone explain what this is na?

It's basically checking your baby's daily gymnastics! Just counting their kicks so you know they are active and happy in there.

DFMC is counting the baby's kicks daily. I usually did this while resting after my doctor-approved evening walks. It's very reassuring.
