My gynac added a DHA capsule along with my regular tablets this visit but didnt really explain kyun. I keep seeing it on baby brain stuff online. Can someone tell me thoda simply what it actually does?
Dekho, DHA ek type ka omega-3 fatty acid hota hai jo baby ke brain aur eyes ke liye bahut zaruri hai. Isko lekar zyaada socho mat, tumhari doctor ne jo supplements diye hain na usme mostly ye hota hi hai. Bas unki baat suno aur regular checkups karvao, everything will be fine.
Natural sources mein toh fatty fish like salmon aur walnuts mein milta hai DHA. But pregnancy mein sometimes supplements ki need hoti hai, specially for baby's overall growth. Toh definitely apne doc se poochho ki tumhe kitna aur kaise lena chahiye. Woh best guide karenge considering your diet and needs.
DHA is super beneficial for the baby, especially for their brain growth and vision. Meri gynac ne bhi bola tha ki iska role bohot important hai. Bas regular supplements lo jo doc ne prescribe kiye hain, aur sab acha hoga. My baby is very active and healthy, thankfully!
Hi, I'm also trying to understand all these things about pregnancy. I've heard DHA is very good for the baby's brain when pregnant. My friend also told me about it. I think it's in those special vitamins for expecting mothers, right? I'm planning to ask my gynac about it too.
DHA is crucial, yaar. It helps with brain and vision development for the baby in the womb. Make sure your prenatal vitamin has it, ya fir your doctor might suggest a separate fish oil supplement. But always check with your gynac first for the right dosage. It's really non-negotiable for a healthy baby, trust me.
Oh, DHA! Mujhe bhi shuru mein bohot tension hui thi iske baare mein. But actually, it's just really important for baby's brain and eye development. Most prenatal vitamins have it, so don't stress too much agar tum apna vitamins le rahi ho. My doc said it's totally normal to take it.
