Heard this term ec pregnancy somewhere and now im a bit confused what it actually means. Is it the same as ectopic? Just trying to understand, my reports are normal so far.
I think u mean ectopic pregnancy. Its when the fertilised egg settles outside the uterus, usually in the tube, instead of inside. My doctor explained it needs medical attention because it cant grow safely there. If thats what u meant, pls see a doctor soon.
Dear if u mean ectopic pregnancy, it just means the pregnancy is growing outside the uterus. It does need doctor care. Tell us more or please book a scan to be sure.
EC usually means ectopic pregnancy, where the embryo implants outside the womb. Its not something to manage at home, it needs a doctor to confirm by scan and treat. Better to get checked quickly if u have symptoms.
If ur asking about ectopic, its a serious thing where pregnancy is in the wrong place. Signs can be sharp one sided pain or bleeding. Pls dont wait, get an ultrasound and see ur gynac immediately if u suspect it.
