What is edd pregnancy?

First time pregnant and my doc keeps writing EDD on my reports. Im not sure matlab what exactly it means and how they decide it. Can someone explain simply pls?

Actually yaar, EDD means Estimated Date of Delivery. Doctor calculation karke ek date dete hain but standard normal delivery uske thoda aage piche hi hoti hai.
