I came across the term 'expulsion' related to pregnancy and I'm not sure what it means. Can someone please explain what expulsion refers to in pregnancy? I'm trying to understand all the terms.
It's just the medical jargon for the active pushing phase of labor [2.1.4]. Once you are fully dilated, you push the baby out through the birth canal, and that's it. No need to overcomplicate it, perfectly normal delivery stage.
Simple terms me, it is the second stage of labor. Jab cervix full dilate ho jata hai and u have to push the baby out, that's what doctors call expulsion phase. Focus on breathing and listen to your gynac, sab smoothly ho jata hai.
Ye aur kuch nahi bas hamare bache ko janam dene ka jo aakhri time hota hai, jab hum zor lagate hain, wahi hai. Doctor log thoda bade words use karte hain dhyan mat do. Bhagwan pe bharosa rakho, sab acche se hoga didi.
Mujhe yaad hai jab mera beta hone wala tha, I was reading all these heavy medical terms on the internet. Expulsion is literally just the pushing stage where your baby finally comes out. My toddler is running around now, and honestly, that phase feels like a lifetime ago—you will do great!
Oh god, maine jab pehli baar ye word suna tha, mere dimag me crazy thoughts aane lage the! But please don't get scared, actually it is just the term they use when you push the baby during normal delivery. Stay calm, listen to soft music, and try not to Google too much, it really makes us anxious!
Yaar, starting me read kiya toh darr hi gayi thi ki expulsion kya hota hai, thought something is wrong. But actually it just means the pushing stage of labor when baby comes out of the birth canal. Perfectly normal process hai delivery ka, completely natural, so tension mat lo!
