Got my scan report today and saw FHT written on it with some number. I didnt ask the doc properly and now im confused at home. Can someone tell me what it means? thoda tension ho raha hai.
Its the fetal heart tone, they note it to confirm baby's heart is fine. Your doctor checks it during scans and checkups. Best to ask your gynac to explain your reports clearly.
FHT means fetal heart tone, basically the baby's heartbeat that the doctor checks. My gynac listened to it at every visit with a small device. Hearing it for the first time was the best feeling.
