Just found out im pregnant and everyone keeps talking about trimesters and im completely lost with the counting. I want to track properly. Till how many weeks does the first one go?
First trimester is week 1 to week 12, sometimes counted till 13. It's the early phase with most of the nausea and tiredness. Then second trimester starts, which honestly felt much easier for me both times.
It's the first 12 to 13 weeks. My app divided it nicely, first trimester till 12-13 weeks, second till around 27, then third till delivery. Counting starts from your last period date, not conception, fyi.
