Got my anomaly scan done yesterday and the report has so many short forms. I see FL with some number in mm and i have no idea what it means. Can someone explain pls, dont want to wait till next appointment to ask doc.
FL means femur length, basically the length of baby's thigh bone. My doctor told me they use it along with other measurements to estimate growth and age of baby. Nothing to worry, its a routine measurement.
