Doc wrote this test in my list and i forgot to ask what its for. Trying to conceive from few months. Can someone explain in simple words what FSH actually checks?
FSH is just Follicle Stimulating Hormone. It is usually tested on day 2 or 3 of your period to check your fertility status before you get pregnant. If you are already pregnant, your hormone levels are totally different, so don't worry about it.
All these test names are so confusing, they sound like high school chemistry! It's just a fertility hormone test done before pregnancy. Don't worry about it too much, just eat some nice food and focus on your cravings instead!
FSH is just a basic hormone test for egg health. When trying to conceive, a healthy diet and yoga help keep hormones balanced naturally. But for any specific lab report queries, please consult your gynac for accurate advice.
It is a hormone test related to egg production. Since I had thyroid issues, my doctor ran several hormone tests before my pregnancy. If your doctor has advised it now, just ask them the reason during your next visit, they will guide you best.
Simply put, FSH is a hormone that helps your body release eggs. It's a standard test when you are trying to conceive to check your ovarian reserve. Once you are pregnant, FSH levels naturally drop very low, so it's rarely tested then.
Actually yaar, FSH is Follicle Stimulating Hormone. It's basically a blood test to check egg reserve before conceiving. If you are already pregnant, why did your doctor order this test? Just clear it up with your gynac once.
I used to Google every single test name and get so anxious during my pregnancy! FSH is just Follicle Stimulating Hormone, which is usually checked during fertility planning. Take a deep breath, it's a very routine hormone checkup, nothing to panic about.
I actually had this FSH blood test done when my husband and I were planning to conceive. It basically checks how your ovaries are working and egg health. I think during pregnancy it is not normally tested, but your doctor can explain better.
I remember getting my FSH tested when I was struggling to conceive my first child. It just measures the hormones that stimulate your ovaries. Looking back, I realized we stress over every small lab report, but everything works out beautifully in the end.
I totally understand how scary it is to see all these medical terms on test prescriptions. FSH is just a hormone test doctors use to check fertility and egg quality when planning a family. Please don't stress, you and your baby are going to be absolutely fine.
