Eat warm home cooked meals, stay hydrated and rest when tired. My family gave me lots of dal, rice, veggies and fruits. And keep your mind calm, that matters a lot na. But your doctors advice always comes first.
You really dont need expensive things. Simple home food, seasonal fruits, soaked almonds, dal and eggs are great and cheap. The supplements your doctor gives are the main ones. Spend on good checkups, not fancy products.
Nourishing food, enough sleep, gentle movement and staying stress free, thats the core of it. And dont skip your gynac visits. Listen to your body, rest when it asks. You are doing better than you think.
My doctor stressed three things, take your supplements regularly, eat protein and iron rich food, and never skip your scans and checkups. Beyond that, good sleep and managing stress. Each woman is different so always follow your own gynacs plan.
Keep it simple, balanced home food with protein, dal, eggs, veggies, fruits, plenty of water and your prescribed folic acid and iron. Light walks if doctor allows. Both pregnancies I just ate proper ghar ka khana and rested well.
I used an app to track my supplements, water and appointments, kept me organised. Basics are good nutrition, hydration, rest, regular checkups. The app just reminded me so I didnt forget my iron and folic acid daily.
Good food, rest and a peaceful mind. I tried to stay calm and grateful, did little prayers which kept me positive. Take your medicines and checkups seriously of course. A happy mom makes a happy baby I believe.
