Just entered 2nd trimester and i want to fix my diet properly now. My saas keeps giving suggestions but i want to know from other moms also. What all did u eat that actually helped?
I am in my 2nd trimester now and trying to eat lots of milk, eggs, and leafy greens. But honestly, I get so anxious thinking if I am eating enough for the baby. Are you guys also constantly doubting your diet chart?
If you are throwing up everything like I did, just eat whatever you can actually digest. For me, cold curd rice and apple slices were a lifesaver. Don't force heavy foods if your stomach is rejecting them.
Oh dear, do not stress yourself too much about eating perfectly every single day. I remember crying because I couldn't eat veggies, but my baby turned out absolutely perfect. Just do your best, you are doing amazing mama.
My doctor told me to focus on protein, iron, and calcium. So I made sure to include paneer, boiled eggs, spinach, and ragi in my daily meals. She also said to avoid raw papaya and pineapple completely.
Simple homemade food is the best! I ate normal dal chawal, seasonal fruits, and dry fruits, and had a very smooth normal delivery. Just keep your meals balanced and stay active.
Please consult your doctor for a proper diet chart because everyone's body is different. I had some major bleeding issues in my first trimester, and my gynac strictly told me what to eat and avoid. Don't just follow random internet tips.
