My home test was positive and doctor asked for beta hcg blood test. Report has numbers but I dont understand what level means good. How did you read your first hcg report?
My doctor explained that hcg above 25 generally means pregnant, below 5 means not, and in between you retest. The exact number matters less than whether it's rising, so they often do two blood tests a couple days apart. She told me not to obsess over a single value.
