My last scan report had the word cephalic written and I didnt fully understand what it means. Doc just nodded and said all good but I forgot to ask properly. Can someone explain in simple words?
Haha, it just means your baby is finally doing a headstand inside! Basically head is down, ready for the exit. Enjoy this phase, because once they come out, you won't sleep a wink anyway!
It just means your baby is in the head-down position, which is very safe and normal for birth. Don't worry at all, everything is going perfectly fine. God bless.
Beta, cephalic means baby is turning head-down, which is the correct position. Don't lift heavy weights now and do some light walking daily. You can drink warm milk with a little ghee at night if your body feels dry, but do it slowly.
This is a very good sign that nature is preparing your body beautifully. Baby is in the right head-down position. Keep chanting and sending happy thoughts to your womb, Almighty is watching over you.
Cephalic mhanje baby's head is down, which is ideal for delivery. Haan na, initially even I got confused seeing this word in my report! It's a very positive thing, so just relax.
It means the baby's head is pointing down, which is good. But honestly, every scan report is different, so please check with your gynac once to see if baby is fully settled or still moving. Don't google too much for safety.
In my 32nd week scan, the doctor wrote cephalic presentation and told me the baby's head was down. In my case, baby stayed in that position till delivery, which was great. Everyone's scan timing varies though.
